American universities are no longer bastions of academic freedom; they have transformed into training grounds for social justice warriors, entrenching identity politics as the foundation of higher education. Following up on my video from a couple of Fridays ago, I want to explore why DEI policies are likely to endure longer in academia than in corporate America.
